Speculation is an inherently very risky endeavor. By your act of subscribing you fully and explicitly agree to accept full responsibility for all of your own trades and to not hold Zeal LLC liable for any losses you may incur.
You are responsible for your own ISP, e-mail, and computer configuration. We are not in the e-mail support business so you must ensure that your e-mail filtering settings are properly configured to let our alerts through to you.
Zeal Speculator months run from the 15th to the 15th. All subscriptions are deemed to have started on the 15th of the current calendar month regardless of when they were received. You can use this system to your advantage by subscribing early in a month rather than late, as you will get anywhere from 1 to 3 extra weeks on your initial subscription compared to a late-month subscribing. After the first month, this system becomes totally irrelevant to you but helps streamline our sub accounting.
All Zeal Speculator subscription contracts are final. Cancellations are not refunded.
We will e-mail you a payment confirmation, along with a copy of the latest Zeal Speculator alert, within one business day or so after receiving your payment.
